If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
– The product must be unused and in original condition
– The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Certain products such as personal care items or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.
